IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION
Before placing an order, please refer to the sizing chart on the product’s page or contact us directly for assistance with sizing questions. This helps prevent the need for returns, as sizing may vary between designers and brands.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
If you received an item that you do not want or need to return for any reason (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), and it is undamaged, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will not process damage claims reported after this time frame.
To initiate a return, please email us at Returns@KaddensStyle.com.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return form via email. This form must be included in your return package.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must receive approval before returning any items. Any unapproved returns will be refused.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. The completed RMA form must be inside the package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issuance date.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the store credit has been applied to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are for store credit only. The store credit will be issued minus any shipping fees, discounts, or promotional coupons applied to the original order.
We do not process exchanges due to constantly changing inventory and price variations. Customers must place a new order through our website using their store credit. Expired coupons cannot be applied to new orders, but any non-expired coupon may be used.
RESTOCKING FEES
Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, depending on the item. If applicable, we will inform you before you return the item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Items that are unsellable (e.g., items with pet hair, signs of wear, alterations, missing tags, damaged packaging, stains, or odors).

Seasonal or holiday items.

Costumes.

Clearance/Super Sale items.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
For hygienic reasons, we also cannot accept returns on:

Bedding (all types)

Treats (including cakes, supplements, and edibles)

Carriers
-
Stairs or steps
-
Feeders, bowls, treat jars

Toys (we do not guarantee toy durability)

Potty training products (panties, diapers, belly bands, potty pads, artificial grass mats, etc.)
STORE CREDIT & GIFT CERTIFICATES

All returns receive store credit only.

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Gift Cards and Store Credit expire 1 year from the issue date.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.
