Return Policy
To initiate a return, please submit your return request directly through the portal. Once we receive your request, we will email you detailed instructions along with your RMA (Return Authorization Number) to facilitate the return process.
TIME ALLOWANCE
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items for any reason, including dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Notifications after this timeframe will not be eligible for processing, and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for defective or damaged merchandise.
EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges due to fluctuating inventory and pricing differences across sizes. To exchange an item, please place a new order through your online account. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help with your new order.
Please note:

Expired coupons from your original order cannot be applied to new orders.

Only non-expired coupons may be used for new purchases.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition:

Unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

In the original packaging, which must not be torn or missing.
Items will be rejected if they:

Have been worn, altered, or damaged by you or your pet.

Have any amount of pet hair, stains, or odors.

Are returned without prior approval or an RMA number.
Important: The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not liable for packages damaged in transit or lost before reaching our facility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Returns must be received within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.

Please review item descriptions, sizing charts, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed.

For sizing questions, refer to the product’s sizing chart or contact us before ordering.
Product Appearance:

Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

We ship the exact item(s) selected at the time of purchase.
NOTIFICATION
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

All returns are eligible for store credit only.

Store credit will be issued minus any shipping costs, discounts, or coupons applied to the original order.

You will receive an email with a store credit code to use during checkout.

Customer Support cannot manually apply store credits or refund issued credits.

Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be communicated to you before processing your return.
