Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Many of our items ship directly from designers, with some made to order. We strive to ship within 5-7 business days after order placement, but certain products may require additional fulfillment time. Typically, orders ship within 5-15 business days, depending on stock and custom production timelines.
Susan’s designs may take up to 2 weeks for shipment.
Wooflink products may take 2-3 weeks for shipment.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Our primary carrier is USPS, but we may use FedEx, UPS, and other shipping providers. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order ships. Some tracking numbers may not be available until after delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Additional shipping costs apply to international orders. Charges are calculated at checkout. Large or oversized items may incur additional costs, and we will notify you in such cases.
All international orders include tracking.
Customers are responsible for taxes and duty fees imposed by customs.
International orders may require extra processing time to consolidate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
To simplify shipping rates, we charge a flat shipping fee:
$9.95 flat rate per order*
Free USA shipping on orders over $100*
(*Some exclusions apply to oversized items, such as carriers, beds, and furniture. Shipping costs are calculated after discounts at checkout.)
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
We strive to ship orders in full, but some may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses. Partial shipments are only sent upon customer request.
DELIVERY
Kaddens Style LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed packages. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues should be addressed with the carrier.
If tracking indicates “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your Local Post Office.
We are unable to replace lost, damaged, or stolen USPS packages.
Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect shipping details, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
USPS tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours after shipment.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing includes order verification, packing, and shipping. Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders placed after 4 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders placed after 4 PM EST, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
ORDER PAYMENT
All payments are processed at checkout in USD. If using a different currency, your bank handles the conversion.
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance.
HOLIDAY SEASON
During peak holiday periods, processing may take up to 10 days. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before purchasing. We cannot guarantee timely delivery due to potential shipping delays.
To prevent package theft, consider:
Shipping to a work address.
Shipping to a trusted neighbor.
Requesting a signature upon delivery.
USPS allows address modifications via their delivery instructions page.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Local customers may request in-store pickup via email. Once the order is ready, we will notify you via phone and email. Orders must be picked up within 72 business hours; otherwise, they will be shipped, and shipping charges applied.
